This is the second Star in [[Ghostly Galaxy]]. This level is the very first time you race the Spooky Speedster; and it is very heavy on the use of Pull Stars.

The individual level world records are 1:39.583 by Tibs for Mario, and 1:40.733 by Toogs for Luigi.

There is basically no difference in strats at all for this level regarding the use of Co-Star, except for making Starbit collection slightly easier in 120.
