Buoy Base Galaxy is the fourth accessible galaxy in the Kitchen.
This galaxy contains a fortress that floats within a large bowl of water. It's one of two galaxies to have only two stars, the other being Gateway Galaxy.

Buoy Base Galaxy is accessible after the player has collected 30 stars, with one of them being Beach Bowl 1.
