Fluffy Bluff Galaxy is the fourth accessible galaxy alongside Rightside Down Galaxy in World 1 (fifth if you feed the Hungry Luma to unlock Flip-Swap Galaxy).
This galaxy introduces the Cloud Flower and serves as a playground to become familiar with the new powerup.
